The documents referencing the Covenants, Restrictions as well as Rules and Regulations for Leona's Rolling Meadows are documents every current and perspective homeowner should read and understand. The documents detail information regarding exterior improvements, specifically what is permitted and what is not. The documents are to help protect the value of your home, as well as the quality of the neighborhood.
The documents below are in order of most recent on top, and then historical documentation below it. All homeowners planning to make a change to their property are held to the Rules & Regulations in force at the time of their request. This being said, you may see things within the neighborhood that appear not to comply with the current Rules & Regulations. It is possible those things were grandfathered in due to previous management or rules of the Homeowner's Association. Applicable changes require the lot/homeowner to fill out an Architecture Review request.
If you have questions or concerns about an issue, please contact the Architecture Review Committee, we will be glad to answer any questions you have.
Please note that at this time the NeuVillage subdivision to the far south side of Leona's is not part of the Leona's Rolling Meadows HOA, is not bound by the Rules & Regulations of the Leona's Rolling Meadows HOA and has no rights to any of the Leona's Rolling Meadows HOA community property.
